Do you charge anything for the first call?
No. The first call is free, and so is everything after it. ZERO BROKERAGE – channel partner fees are paid by the developer, and we still work for you.
How fast will you respond?
Within 1 hour during business hours, on WhatsApp, phone, or the form above. A founder replies, not an autoresponder.
What's your scope of work?
Residential real estate – Mulund and Thane only. A deliberate choice: we advise only where we know every project, tower, and fair rate cold. That depth works in your favour.
Commercial real estate – pan-India. Offices, warehouses, and shops, on rental or sale, in any city in India. For commercial, select “Commercial – office / warehouse / shop (pan-India)” in the form and tell us the city and requirement.
Do I need to be ready to buy before contacting you?
No. Many families call us 6–12 months before they’re ready. The earlier we talk, the better we can time the market, the negotiation, and your finances.
How long does the buying process take?

What price range of properties do you handle?
Our residential work in Mulund and Thane sits between ₹2.53 crore and ₹10 to 12 crore, depending on the project, configuration, and tower. We’ll tell you honestly where your budget fits best, and where it doesn’t, before you spend a Saturday on site visits.

We do the site viewing for you on a live walkthrough, share floor plans, pricing, and honest comparisons, and then take you through negotiation, booking, and documentation without you needing to fly down. If and when you do visit, you’ll already know exactly which homes are worth your time.
